Psoufauh Threat Alert

Psoufauh

Psoufauh is an unwanted web browser application that disables user settings and makes many changes that are not requested or authorized. Psoufauh sets up a new search engine, updates the home web page address and forces the browser to direct users to ad-supported websites.

All these kinds of alternations are intended to create sponsor income for the makers of Psoufauh based on pay-per-click, where taps on exact pop-up commercials, symbols, and web links get income, or pay-per-angle remuneration models, where profit is maked based on how a bunch of visits a particular portal or portal gets. From a legal position, there is nothing risky or prohibited in such on the internet adware models. However, as shortly as Psoufauh becomes ingrediant of the computer and starts to run, things can become fairly nasty for the end-users.

The Psoufauh Virus

Hijackers such as the Psoufauh Virus are made compliant with Firefox, Edge, Chrome, Opera and most other browsers so that the number of users exposed to paid ads and supported pages is as large as possible. This also indicates that it is not probable that you shall recover on your own from the ad disruption of the Psoufauh malicious software even if you modify your default internet browser and use a different one.
